1. the thermostat connector is stuck off

if the electric freezer compressor does not start, everything cannot run normally or the refrigeration compressor runs continuously at one point. in addition, the two contacts of the thermostat cannot be broken. for that reason, except that the elasticity of the equalization bomb is weak, it is also possible that the deposits on the contacts cause adhesion.

this kind of situation, everyone can turn the knob of the thermostat from "stop" to "minimum temperature" for two times under the condition of turning off the switching power supply, and then connect to the switching power supply. if the motor responds to everything normally, it indicates that the common fault problem has been solved.

2. thermostat short circuit fault

after the thermostat short circuit, the refrigeration compressor generally cannot be started, and the short circuit is usually caused by the connector buckle falling off or the temperature sensing agent of the temperature sensing bag leaking. The leakage of the temperature sensing agent will cause the atmospheric pressure in the temperature sensing cavity to be less than the atmospheric pressure outside, causing the rod of the moving contact to suffer from the working pressure of the balanced elastic yellow, the sound contact is short-circuited, and the refrigeration compressor cannot be started.

the solution is to check whether the temperature sensing agent is leaking: hold up the temperature sensing tube with your hands and slightly pressure the thermostat. if the sound contact is not closed, the temperature sensing agent does leak
