The proper installation of the level transmitter and the pressure-tapping line directly affects the accuracy of the measurement.

2. avoid accumulation of residue in the pressure guide tube;

1. the pressure guide tube should be as short as possible;
2. when accurately measuring liquid or vapor, the pressure guide tube should be connected upward to the step processing process pipeline, and its slope should not be less than 1/12;

When cleaning the working pressure socket and pressure-inducing hole of the intelligent transmitter, trichloroethylene or ethanol should be introduced into the pressure-inducing hole, and the liquid should be gently shaken, and then the liquid should be taken out several times. It is strictly prohibited to insert any tools or instruments into the pressure-tapping hole to prevent damage to the highly sensitive sensing element. 10.
