top-mounted magnetic flap level gauge is suitable for professional digital display regulator supply accurate measurement of various utensils that are not conducive to side installation of liquid level transmitters, it is very accurate measurement of the level meter supplied by high-precision digital display regulator supply pharmaceutical industry.
the top-mounted magnetic flap gauge is immediately installed on the top of the vessel. according to the left and right movement of the water pump pressure switch with the liquid level (or page), the magnetic crankshaft is pushed to move left and right, and the belt
the magnetic steel in the magnetic crankshaft uses the basic principle of magnetic coupling to drive with magnetic flap indicator, with blue and red two colors (liquid red gas blue) significantly visualized to mark the processing process vessels in the liquid level meter or boundary, can be long-distance transmission and maintain the automatic control system. The top-mounted magnetic flap level gauge mainly consists of the instrument body, a local indicator, a remote smart transmitter, and upper- and lower-limit alarm systems.
Principle of the top-mounted magnetic flap level gauge
It consists of the body (made up of upper and lower flexible hoses), the flap box (composed of red and white magnetic small flaps), the oil-level sensor (including a magnet, a pushrod, and a float), as well as the level transmitter, with its structure shown in the figure below. The principle is as follows: a float inside the vessel—designed according to different media and operating pressures—moves up and down within a lower connecting tube in response to changes in the liquid level. This motion actuates a pushrod, causing a magnet to reciprocate within an upper connecting tube, which in turn rotates an external flip-plate indicator marked with red and white segments to indicate the liquid level. Simultaneously, a level transmitter sends the liquid-level signal to a monitoring center for display and control, and centralized monitoring can also be performed via a computer. In industrial production, magnetic flap level gauges are widely used; their primary function is to detect and indicate the liquid level within vessels. To begin with, it is important to understand that magnetic flap level gauges can be installed either on the side or at the top of the vessel. Typically, they are mounted on the exterior or the top of the tank. In addition, magnetic switches and reed‑switch remote transmitters are often used in conjunction with magnetic flap level gauges, enabling real‑time observation and remote monitoring of the liquid level even from a considerable distance.
