SP Six-Digit Dual-Channel Counting (Speed) Instrument

Features: 1. Uses single-chip computer data acquisition, analysis, digital filtering and control technology, giving the counting (speed) instrument extremely strong anti-interference ability and high measurement accuracy. 2. Large six-digit digital tube display with good visibility. 3. Two input channels, capable of detecting the counting (speed) values of two objects separately. 4. Can be fitted with counting (speed) difference measurement for the two channels, upper/lower limit speed alarm and other functions.

Main Technical Parameters: 1. Input channels: 2 independent inputs; 2. Signal forms: passive contacts or level signals, etc.; 3. Input pulse width: effective high level width ≥0.5ms, pulse interval ≥6ms; 4. Maximum counting rate: 1.66kHz/s; 5. Display range: 0~50000r/min; 6. Measurement error: ≤0.1% F.S + 1d; 7. Display mode: six-digit digital tube; 8. Setting method: panel touch switch, no contact failures; 9. Channel switching response speed: approx. 5s

Counting (Speed) Instrument Operation Instructions: The counting (speed) instrument can receive two channels of pulse signals. After hardware processing, the signals are analyzed and filtered by the single-chip computer software inside the counting (speed) instrument, then sent to the digital tube for display. The counting (speed) instrument has two display states: automatic state and fixed-point state. In the automatic state, the AUTO indicator on the panel lights up; together with the channel A or channel B indicator, the display window cyclically shows the counting (speed) of channel A or channel B, with a switching period of approx. 5 seconds. When the A indicator is on, the channel A counting (speed) is displayed; when the B indicator is on, the channel B counting (speed) is displayed.

In the fixed-point state, the FIXED indicator lights up; together with the channel A or channel B indicator, the counting (speed) of channel A or channel B can be displayed at a fixed point. The counting (speed) instrument powers on in the fixed-point state and displays the channel A counting (speed) value. Pressing the "FUNCTION" key on the panel switches from "fixed-point display of channel A" to "fixed-point display of channel B"; pressing the "FUNCTION" key again switches from "fixed-point display of channel B" to "automatic cyclic display of channels A and B". The three states can be switched among each other via the "FUNCTION" key, allowing selection of the display state according to actual needs.

Upon user request, the counting (speed) instrument can be upgraded to collect two input pulse signals as one pulse signal; for example, with a 100Hz standard square wave input, the counting (speed) instrument actually displays only 3000 rpm instead of 6000 rpm, which helps accuracy somewhat during low-speed measurement. When the input signal exceeds 50000 rpm, the counting (speed) instrument displays "----", indicating that the upper limit of the measurement range has been exceeded and the system operating status should be monitored.
