Product Introduction: The ZKD digital SCR voltage regulating and stabilizing regulator, used together with SCRs, can regulate the voltage on the load. The regulator adopts phase-shift triggering to change the RMS value of each power waveform on the load, adjusting the output voltage in a continuous and slow manner. Thanks to deep voltage negative feedback, it has good regulation linearity, and the influence of grid fluctuations is minimized. Ordinary meters can be used to detect the current and voltage on the load.
The regulator adopts digital display and a builtin-computer digital regulation method. The displayed voltage is taken directly from the load, and the required voltage on the load can be set directly with the panel touch keys. It works stably and reliably, and can be used for temperature regulation in blow molding machines, etc., offering extremely high cost performance.

Main Technical Indicators: 1. Voltage regulation rate: better than 5% (at 60% of input voltage at the output, when the supply changes by ±22V); 2. Load regulation rate: better than 5% (when the load current changes between 5% and 100%); 3. Output pulse driving the bidirectional SCR: amplitude ≥3V, width ≥50μs (at 20Ω load); 4. Conduction angle: ≥150°; 5. Panel dimensions (mm): 72×72; panel mounting cutout 68×68; insertion depth 115; 6. Working environment: temperature 0~50℃, relative humidity not exceeding 85%, free of corrosive gases; 7. Power supply: AC 220V±15% 50Hz±1Hz, approx. 3VA (AC 380V and other specifications customizable)
Operation and Adjustment: 1. Set the power switch "POWER" to the "ON" position; the digital tube lights up and the regulator works. 2. Adjust the increment key "+" or decrement key "-" on the panel until the displayed load voltage reaches the required value. 3. Do not drive unidirectional SCRs, to avoid burning the internal feedback circuit. 4. Do not drive inductive loads such as induction furnaces or step-down transformers, to prevent damage to the SCRs. 5. The diagram at left can be used for DC regulated power supplies up to several hundred kilowatts.
