Thermostat control panels can be broadly classified into three types based on their operating principles: pointer-type, digital-display, and fully intelligent.
high-precision temperature controller
the compass dashboard is dominated by the traditional moving iron earphone dashboard, which is characterized by simple structure, high quality and low price, this makes it still used in industrial production so far, but its measurement accuracy is low, generally level 1~2.5, reading value deviation is large; no transmission output, so more and more large digital instrument panel replaced.
high-precision electronic thermostatdigital display, such as the digital display ammeter used in many applications today, has greatly improved its accurate measurement accuracy compared with the moving iron earphone type, it is generally 0.1 per cent. Large-digit displays present information with precision and clarity, eliminating human bias. Its control methods are mostly multi-position or two-position types, with a small number employing analog PID regulation for continuous adjustment.
high-precision temperature digital instrument
Accompanied by the chip microcontroller entering the dashboard, the structure, characteristics, appearance, etc. of the dashboard have caused great changes, it accomplishes the role that the simulation of the dashboard can not imagine. This kind of intelligent system large digital instrument panel not only has the functions of inspection, transformation, display information and adjustment, but also improves the functions of system control, self-diagnosis of common faults, information content data communication, monitoring remote control, etc., so as to integrate into the regulations of connecting network with electronic computer. Similar to the selection of the measurement range of the smart transmitter described in detail in the previous section, when selecting the measurement range of the dashboard, the necessary space should be set aside up and down according to the specific application scope, so that in most cases, accurate measurement data information is not easy to exceed the measurement range. However, one should not select too many steps to avoid reducing the accuracy of measurements and the system’s ability to distinguish between them. When selecting the accuracy of a display instrument, the type of temperature-sensing element to be used should be carefully taken into account. If high-precision molybdenum resistors are used, the precision of the instrument panel can be moderately high, such as 0.1% to 0.1%. If industrial-grade resistance temperature detectors are used, an instrument panel accuracy of 0.1% is sufficient.
