after purchasing high-precision temperature controller , the wiring setting is much more complicated than that of ordinary instrument panels, so the following matters need to be noted for application:

1. Carefully check the specifications and models of the controller and the application power switch of the instrument panel. There are many specifications and models of controllers. See if your controller and instrument panel are paired. If it is a temperature device with all-round output, it can be applied if you change some internal ones.

2. The wiring of the instrument panel is carried out in accordance with the common wiring method behind the wiring. The wiring method of the thermocouple and the resistor is different. The thermocouple is two wires, divided into positive and negative. The thermocouple controller is connected to three wires, and some customers have two wires for thermocouples, so there are two insulated terminals to be wired. Pay special attention to the power switch output line and the network signal output line shall not be misconnected, and the leading insulation terminal shall be short-circuited by strong current, etc.

3. the instrument panel is connected to the thermocouple controller. when it is found that the wire is not long enough, it needs to be lengthened by itself. however, the lengthened wire must be replaced by a professional thermocouple and cannot be replaced by an ordinary wire. for example, if you use a k controller, you must use a k thermocouple. Naturally, when you use a thermocouple controller, you can connect the same size and length.

4 The dashboard displays the message ls or HH, indicating that the network signal of the controller has not entered the dashboard. You carefully check whether the controller of some instrument panels is paired with the instrument panel, whether the wiring of the controller is appropriate, and whether the internal lyse of
