Intelligent Dryer Controller

I. Product Introduction: The XMTS-7WJ□ intelligent dryer controller is a small centralized control device specially developed for various drying, decomposition and process aging systems, featuring high-precision automatic temperature control, automatic logic control of system heating and motor start/stop, external actual working-condition sampling, and fully automatic fan operation management.

II. Controller Panel Layout: 1. The upper part of the instrument operation panel has two rows of digital display windows, respectively showing the current temperature value and the target temperature value of the measured object. 2. In the middle of the operation panel there are six indicator lights, respectively indicating the working conditions of temperature "control", "power" and "fan". 3. The lower part of the panel has four working-condition key switches, which can separately control power "on or off", fan "stop" or "start", and "selection" of steam heating or electric heating.

III. Main Technical Parameters: 1. Input: -7WJ1 is a thermocouple; -7WJ2 is a thermal resistor; 2. Parameter setting ranges: upper temperature limit: 5～200℃ (example); lower temperature limit: 3～198℃ (example); fan delay value: 0～200 seconds (example); 3.
