Product Introduction: The FJQ-03 three-phase SCR zero-cross trigger auxiliary module connects with master control instruments that output DC step current signals, such as XMT□-75□□, XMT□-75□□P, XMT□-75□□H, XTT□-75□□, XMT-15□ and XMT□-25□□, conveniently driving three SCRs in zero-cross trigger mode for power regulation of three-phase loads. It features flexible selection, reliable operation and adaptability to various load connection methods, and is widely applicable to high-precision automatic furnace temperature control systems of various resistance furnaces.

I. Main Technical Parameters: 1. Input: the 0-15mA DC step current signal from the master instrument (i.e., the output terminal of the master instrument driving the solid-state relay); 2. Allowable trigger current through the trigger output terminals: 3×1A; 3. Trigger output terminal withstand voltage: DC 700V; 4. Zero-cross trigger cycle time: determined by the master instrument; 5. Dimensions (W×H×D): 100×65×120; 6. Mounting hole dimensions: 92×85; 7. Installation: panel-built-in

II. Wiring, Installation and Operation Guide: 1. For wiring regulations, see the attached diagram. 2. Select one wiring diagram according to the selected master instrument and load conditions, then wire strictly according to the selected diagram. 3. The "1" and "2" input terminals of this auxiliary module should be connected to the 0-15mA DC step drive signal output terminal of the master instrument; the positive and negative polarities must not be reversed. 4. When there is a normal signal at the input, the auxiliary module indicator lights up and all output terminals are connected; otherwise they are open. 5. For half-power heating of resistive loads, change terminal "5" to "6", "10" to "11", and "14" to "7" respectively (at this time half-wave AC flows through the load). This connection can greatly extend the life of the furnace wire, but reduces the heating rate. 6. If the SCR or wiring is open, or a unidirectional SCR is mistakenly used as a bidirectional SCR, the external R1 fuse resistor (1/4W 1.5Ω) of the auxiliary module will be burnt out; it should be replaced and the fault cleared before further use. 7. Do not drive inductive loads such as induction furnaces or transformers.
