Product Introduction: The FJQ-3 three-phase SCR trigger auxiliary module connects with any master control instrument that outputs phase-shift SCR trigger signals, such as XMT□-76□□, XMT□-26□□ and TEE□-□6□□, conveniently driving three SCRs in phase-shift trigger mode for voltage regulation control of three-phase loads. Connected with any master control instrument that outputs zero-cross SCR trigger signals, such as XMT□-77□□, XMT□-27□□P and TEE□-□7□□, it can also conveniently drive three SCRs in zero-cross trigger mode for power regulation control of three-phase loads. It can be used with three bidirectional SCRs, or six unidirectional SCRs, or six bidirectional SCRs independently triggered for parallel use.FJQ-3 Three-Phase Phase-Shift or Zero-Cross SCR Trigger Module

This auxiliary module features reduced system cost, easy installation, strong anti-interference ability and reliable operation, and is widely used in high-precision automatic furnace temperature control of various resistance furnaces.

I. Main Technical Parameters:

1. Input: phase-A single-phase phase-shift trigger signal, or A-B phase-shift trigger signal; phase-A single-phase zero-cross trigger signal, or A-B zero-cross trigger signal (from the master instrument)

2. Output: three-phase six-channel trigger signal with amplitude ≥3V and width ≥40μs

3. Phase-shift conduction angle: ≥150°

4. Zero-cross trigger cycle time: determined by the master instrument

5. Power supply: voltage 220V or 380V ±15%; frequency 50Hz±1Hz (same as the master instrument)

6. Mounting hole dimensions: 92x85

7. Installation: panel-built-in

II. Wiring, Installation and Operation Guide:

1. For wiring regulations, see the attached diagram. Mounting hole Terminal board

2. First select one of the wiring diagrams according to the selected master instrument and load conditions, then wire strictly according to the selected diagram.

3. The following phenomena are caused by wiring errors:

a. The master instrument is at full output, but the voltage on the three-phase load is less than 95% of the supply voltage; this is caused by phase reversal of the B and C power supplies, which can be solved by swapping the incoming lines of phases B and C.

b. If the master instrument is at full output but there is no voltage on the load, or the voltage fluctuates severely, try swapping the wiring of terminals "1" and "2" at the input of the auxiliary module. As long as wiring and operation strictly follow this auxiliary module's manual, the above abnormal situations will not occur.

5. Driving inductive loads such as induction furnaces and transformers requires special ordering.

6. Special note: the working voltage of the auxiliary module must be exactly the same as the power supply of the master instrument. If the master instrument uses 380V, the auxiliary module should also use the 380V specification. All three-phase power supplies must be wired strictly according to the phase sequence specified in the attached wiring diagram; otherwise, phase inconsistency may cause a load circuit to fail to run at full power, or voltage fluctuation and loss of control at the load terminals.
